On October 5-6, 2021, IMPRINT held its third and last Network Meeting. The virtual meeting looked back on the network's growth and impact since its inception in 2017 and offered IMPRINT members the opportunity to meet, network and exchange thoughts and knowledge relating to maternal immunisation.
The meeting focused on the achievements of the IMPRINT fellows, pump-priming and public engagement projects. Each fellow and project lead presented the final results of their project. The meeting also included presentations by other IMPRINT members on different perspectives of COVID-19 and pregnancy.
Interactive sessions and panel discussions on the successes of IMPRINT as well as the network's role in the global developments of maternal immunisation offered insights into the main themes of IMPRINT and the network's contribution to the wider field of maternal and neonatal immunisation.
In the coming weeks, IMPRINT will launch a new intranet for its members, providing access to outputs and learnings from the public engagement projects and other IMPRINT-funded projects even after the end of the network funding in March 2022.
On 14 March 2024, a dedicated IMPRINT session was held as part of the 6th International Maternal and Neonatal Immunisation Symposium (INMIS) in San José, Costa Rica.
