New Visiting Fellowships awarded

We are excited to announce that IMPRINT has awarded two new Visiting Fellowships, which will support network members to gain valuable work experience in laboratories and clinical trial units. The fellowships will run until August 2025 and are funded with £60,000 each.

The following projects have been selected:

  • Dr Gerald Businge (Makerere University-John Hopkins University (MUJHU) Research Collaboration | MU-JHU Care Ltd): Comparative evaluation of early measles vaccination schedules: An immunogenicity assessment in Ugandan infants vaccinated at 6 or 9 months of age
  • Dr Robert Baldwin Mboizi (Makerere University-John Hopkins University (MUJHU) Research Collaboration | MU-JHU Care Ltd): Optimising eligibility criteria for participant selection in maternal vaccine trials in low-resource settings
